My Favourite Post-Yoga Shake!
Blend the following ingredients together for the perfect post-yoga recovery shake: 1 cup filtered water 1 cup coconut milk or coconut kefir 1 tbsp natural nut butter (almond, cashew, or macadamia) 1 cup strawberries 1 banana 1 scoop protein powder (I love this one ~ Paleo Beef Protein) The coconut milk is a great alternative to cow's milk as it is less inflammatory and has less chance of irritating the digestive tract, leading to better absorption of the shake.
